About the role
This Senior Business Analyst will join a large-scale payroll and HR transformation program running for 2+ years. Working closely with program leadership and business stakeholders, the role will contribute to process design, requirements gathering, and solution delivery to support future-state transformation.

Duties/Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements gathering and documentation for payroll and HR transformation projects
• Interpret awards and enterprise agreements to ensure compliance in solution design
• Collaborate with stakeholders across HR, Payroll, and Technology teams
• Contribute to process improvement and solution testing activities

Skills and experience

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within payroll and HR transformation projects
• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll processes and systems
• Experience interpreting awards and enterprise agreements
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to deliver in complex, long-term transformation environments
