Senior Project Engineer - Contact Centre (Nice CXone)

We are partnered with a leading telecommunications company in Sydney to find an experienced Senior Project Engineer for a 12-month contract. This role is ideal for a Senior Project Engineer with a proven track record in designing and deploying complex contact centre solutions. You'll be delivering cutting-edge technology for our client's enterprise customers.

Location: Sydney, Australia

Rate: Up to $940 per day + Super

Key Responsibilities

• Solution Design & Deployment: Lead end-to-end design and implementation of contact centre solutions, with a primary focus on Nice CXone. This includes configuring and integrating omni-channel capabilities (voice, chat, email, SMS).
• Systems Integration: Manage the integration of the Nice CXone platform with CRM systems and essential applications like Quality Management (QM) and Workforce Management (WFM).
• Documentation & Planning: Collaborate with customers, architects, and project teams to develop detailed technical documentation, including BRDs, test plans, and implementation schedules.
• Solution Delivery: Take ownership of solution builds, staging, and the execution of migrations, cutovers, and Proof of Concepts (POCs).
• Pre-Sales Support: Assist with pre-sales activities by providing technical expertise for solution costing and scope definition.
• Operational Transition: Ensure a smooth and effective handover to the operations team.

Skills & Experience

• Extensive experience as a Senior Project Engineer or Senior Contact Centre Engineer.
• Deep technical expertise in Nice CXone, or similar platforms like Genesys Cloud or Amazon Connect.
• Strong understanding of unified communications (UC), specifically omni-channel contact centre environments.
• Proven experience with CRM and ancillary system integrations (QM/WFM).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple project deliverables.
