As our national footprint continues to expand, we’re on the lookout for a passionate, proactive and well-organised Business Development/ Sales Representative to join our dynamic team.

The Role

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where you’ll be building relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth across the Sydney region.

What You’ll Be Doing

🔍 Prospecting and generating new leads across Sydney and surrounding areas

🤝 Building strong relationships with warehouse managers, logistics coordinators, and procurement teams

📈 Pitching tailored labour hire and unloading solutions to meet client needs

📝 Preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals

📊 Reporting on sales activity and market trends to help shape strategy

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally in labour hire, logistics, or industrial services

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Self-motivated with a hunter mentality

Ability to work independently and hit targets

A valid driver’s licence and personal car and willingness to travel locally
