About the Role
We’re looking for a confident, relationship-driven Sales & Business Development Executive to grow our client base across:
Corporate businesses seeking thoughtful branded gifts for clients, events, or staff
Real estate agencies in need of stylish, memorable settlement gifts
Small businesses who want to thank or impress their clients
HR teams looking for welcome/onboarding hampers with a personal touch
You’ll offer white-labelled gifting solutions that showcase the client’s brand — printed directly onto the products, not just the packaging — and you’ll represent us at trade shows and expos to help drive awareness.
We’re looking for someone who can open doors, build trust, and sell a product that makes people feel great — on both sides of the gift.
What We Make (In-House)
All products are made and personalised by IDF, including:
Custom-printed candles, diffusers, room sprays and coasters
Branded fudge, chocolates, popcorn, and rock candy
Personalised gift packaging, welcome hampers and desk drops
Our range is growing, and we love collaborating with clients to tailor gifting solutions that suit their brand, message, or occasion.
Key Responsibilities
Prospect and grow business relationships across multiple sectors
Present and sell our full gifting range, with a focus on customisation and branding
Work closely with internal teams to manage fulfilment and printing requirements
Maintain a structured sales pipeline and meet monthly sales targets
Follow up leads from expos, marketing campaigns, and enquiries
Represent IDF at trade shows and events (setup, client engagement, lead capture)
Feed client feedback and ideas into product development
About You
Experience in sales, account management or business development
Confident communicator who builds trust quickly
Well-organised and proactive in managing leads and follow-ups
Passionate about creating connections and selling with purpose
Willing to attend expos and visit clients across metro Sydney
Bonus Points For
Experience in gifting, merchandising, promotional products, or B2B sales
Networks in real estate, HR, professional services or retail
Exposure to social enterprise, disability support or NFP sectors
