We are now seeking another dynamic Service Manager to join our growing family.

Key Responsibilities:

Drive your own team's sales and installation results to ensure targets are met

Be a subject matter expert to ensure quotes and jobs are executed to our professional standards

Assist the field team with quotations, job design and technical support, to resolve customer plumbing issues.

Manage a well-organised schedule to maximise productivity

Collaborate with our field staff and office team to ensure seamless communication

Work along aside the Dispatch and Install areas to ensure that your team's schedule is optimised for days to come

What We're Looking For:

Proven leadership experience in plumbing, drainage, gas fitting and roofing or a similar role

Exceptional organisational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Ability to adapt to changing situations and manage priorities

A customer-centric mindset with a focus on service excellence

Job management software (Service Titan, Service M8, Simpro or alike is preferred)
