• Support residents' daily living and clinical needs with empathy and precision
• Be a steady, reassuring presence for residents and their families
• Practice with heart and autonomy, your judgment, compassion, and initiative will truly matter here

We’re looking for experienced RNs who:

• Hold current AHPRA registration
• Have proven experience in residential aged care
• Are confident in core clinical skills (medication administration, wound care, assessments)
• Demonstrate strong documentation and electronic health record skills
• Bring leadership qualities; calm, professional, and empathetic
• Are committed to culturally safe, person-centred care
• Are consistently available across the 3–6 month contract period
• Thrive in remote settings, working independently with structure and initiative
