What You’ll Do

Lead projects end-to-end across consultation, design, and delivery phases

Manage client relationships, ensuring trust and long-term partnerships

Oversee energy efficiency and HV projects, from audits and compliance to solution deployment

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and suppliers

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

Drive innovation and efficiency, constantly challenging “business as usual”

What We’re Looking For

Experience managing electrical projects, ideally in energy efficiency or HV environments

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Technical knowledge of electrical systems, power quality, and compliance standards

Proven ability to lead teams and juggle multiple projects

A solutions-driven mindset – you see opportunities where others see problems
