Are you a technically strong Project Architect who thrives in delivery and documentation? Do you enjoy seeing complex projects through to completion, onsite and tackling issues head on? This role might be for you.

I'm working with a well-regarded Architectural practise with a strong pipeline of work across industrial, commercial, and multi-residential sectors. They’re known for delivering large-scale, technically challenging builds and are looking to bring on a delivery-focused Project Architect to help lead several new projects through construction.

About the Role
This is not a conceptual design position! It’s about bringing projects to life. You’ll be responsible for the documentation, coordination, and onsite delivery of multiple complex projects. The studio is hands-on and collaborative, and values professionals who can problem solve in real time and work closely with builders, consultants, and clients.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Leading the delivery phase of large-scale commercial, industrial, and residential projects
• Overseeing full construction documentation using Revit
• Attending site meetings and working closely with the builder and wider project team
• Resolving construction issues and ensuring design intent is maintained during delivery
• Coordinating with consultants, engineers, and suppliers

What You’ll Need

• Registration as an Architect
• Proven track record in delivering large, complex projects – ideally $50M+
• Strong Revit skills – this is a must
• Comfortable being onsite regularly and taking ownership of construction delivery
• Solid knowledge of NCC, construction methodology, and Australian standards
• Strong communication and coordination skills
