About the role
Join a Tier 2 builder on a 6-month contract starting in September. You will support end-to-end commercial management across active projects, ensuring cost, time, quality, and safety targets are met.
Key responsibilities

• Let and manage subcontracts, scopes, and procurement
• Prepare and process variations, RFIs, EOTs, and progress claims
• Cost control, forecasting, and monthly reporting
• Review drawings, specs, and contract conditions
• Liaise with site teams, consultants, and clients
• Maintain document control and QA using systems such as Procore, Aconex, or Jobpac

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a CA with a Tier 2 builder
• Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
• Solid understanding of head contracts and subcontract law
• Confident communicator who can drive outcomes with stakeholders
• Proficiency with Procore, Aconex, Jobpac, or similar platforms
