About the Opportunity

We’re partnering with a well-regarded contractor delivering large-scale water and industrial infrastructure across Queensland. With projects spanning Wyvernhoe, Younga Dam, Emerald and Toowoomba, this role offers genuine variety—combining office-based planning and design input with site-based project delivery.

You’ll be instrumental in overseeing major works, coordinating regional rosters, and ensuring smooth execution of critical infrastructure projects. This is a chance to step into a key position where you’ll gain exposure to landmark projects and progress your career in the heavy industrial sector.

Salary & Benefits

• $130k–$170k + super (experience-dependent)
• Vehicle (Hilux single cab), phone & laptop provided
• Monday–Friday role with optional 2:1 FIFO roster
• Exposure to landmark water projects across Queensland

Key Responsibilities

• Support delivery of major water and industrial infrastructure projects
• Oversee planning, design input, and project execution
• Coordinate rosters and logistics for regional projects
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors

What You’ll Bring

• Degree in Electrical Engineering
• Background in heavy industrial projects (water sector advantageous)
• Flexibility to travel to regional sites as required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
