We are a mid-tier Strata Management company with 2 offices in Sydney. This role is an onsite full-time position, located at our Head Office based in Ultimo, close to public transport and many boutique cafes and restaurants in iconic Darling Harbour.
We are seeking an experienced, well-presented receptionist to assist our team provide first level support to our clients and be our Director of first impressions!

Key Responsibilities:
Managing a high volume of incoming calls in a professional manner
Responding to client enquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner
Daily sorting of ingoing and outgoing mail
Scanning and filing of documents
Provide administration support
Meeting and greeting clients in a friendly and courteous manner
Maintenance of reception area, meeting rooms and kitchen
About You:
Ideally more than 2 years of experience in a reception role
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with conflicting priorities
Excellent verbal and written communication
Efficient and highly organised
A strong level of customer service
Meticulous attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Immaculate personal presentation
Knowledge & experience in the Strata Industry, Real Estate or Property Industry highly regarded but not essential.
Able to work unrestricted in Australia.
