The Role
The Quality lead will coordinate and maintain the site quality management systems, with a focus on updated documentation and internal/external compliance requirements.

• Ensure product food safety & quality standards are met
• Working collaboratively with the site team to achieve targets and milestones in food safety & quality
• Proactive in implementing product quality risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure compliance to the Food Safety Plan and improve the plan where able
• Ensure all processes are documentated.

Skills & Experience

• Food industry background highly regarded
• Highly collaborative approach with strong communication skills
• Ability to problem solve and identify a way forward when faced with issues
• Demonstrated effectiveness in team engagement, cultural change and process improvement
• Stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
