Digital Marketing & Operations Coordinator

Part-Time | Hybrid | North Melbourne

3 days/week | 1 day in office | Growing surgical training innovator

IMRA Surgical is on a mission to transform surgical training — eliminating the need for cadavers and the unnecessary killing of live animals. We’re a fast-paced, purpose-driven business creating advanced synthetic and robotic training solutions used worldwide.

We’re looking for a creative, organised and tech-savvy marketer who’s ready to mix digital marketing with hands-on operational support in a role that offers variety, flexibility, and impact.

What you’ll do

Create & manage digital marketing campaigns (social media, email, web)

Design content in Canva & update our website

Manage and optimise our Shopify e-commerce store

Implement SEO strategies and track campaign results

Create sales collateral & respond to inbound inquiries

Coordinate our Robotic Surgery Courses

Provide light admin support to CEO & Head of Product

What you bring

3+ years’ digital marketing experience

Strong e-commerce (Shopify), SEO & Canva skills

Campaign development & management know-how

Organised, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-moving environment

A desire to work in a fun, collaborative team and make a difference
