You’ll work across both the office and warehouse, assisting with:

Responding to customer enquiries (phone and email)

Processing orders

Picking and preparing jobs for dispatch

Coordinating freight bookings and tracking

Onsite visits helping customer resolve basic issues

General office administration (e.g. maintaining supplies, filing, stock tracking)

Supporting the operations and customer service teams with daily tasks
