What are we looking for?

We're looking for full-time applicants available for rostered hours within 7.00AM to 6.00PM, Monday to Friday.

We are also open to part time hours, for a minimum of 20 hours per week across 4 or 5 days, during our peak hours of 9.30AM-3.30PM.

The day-to-day!

Here’s what your day will look like:

Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with confidence and care.

Provide tailored solutions to help customers overcome significant hardship and financial challenges.

Collaborate with a supportive team to achieve goals and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Maintain accurate records and use company software to manage customer cases.

Contribute to a positive and energetic workplace culture, where teamwork thrives.

Experience within a call centre environment is highly regarded.

Can work independently while contributing to the wider team.

Has a positive, solutions-focused attitude.

While experience in hardship, collections or financial services is a bonus, it’s not essential — we’re all about potential and passion!
