Winston's is located opposite the beach in the Bayside suburb of Black Rock offering a fresh take on the food and drink scene in the area.

We are seeking an experienced and passionate head chef with an eagerness to make an impact in the community, someone ready to change the dining and drinking landscape in Bayside with us. The locals have been loving what we are doing but we want to go next level!

We are after a fresh, modern take on our wine bar menu and main dining room offerings. We are so keen to work alongside an industry professional to build and grow something great!

This is a great opportunity to help us charge forward with a fresh, fun and delicious menu. To continue to build and lead a kitchen, creating inspired food that puts us on the map even more.

CANDIDATE MUST HAVE

Demonstrated experience as a head chef in a quality venue

Strong leadership skills, passion and attention to detail

Demonstrated business acumen, an understanding of financial budgets, food and labour cost percentages

Experience with costed rostering and ordering

Excellent time management through preparation and service periods

Experience managing food safety programs and documents

Ability to monitor and supervise OHS standards and procedures
