What you’ll be doing

Preparing and maintaining reconciliations for Balance Sheet & P&L

Supporting month-end and quarterly reporting cycles

Assisting with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis

Diving into financial data to help guide business decisions

Partnering with operations and project teams to provide insights

Spotting ways to make finance processes sharper and smarter

What we’re looking for

2–4 years’ experience in public practice or finance (CA/CPA in progress = bonus points)

Strong technical grounding in reconciliations and financial statements

A confident communicator who’s curious about how numbers impact business outcomes

Proficiency with accounting systems and Excel

Someone who’s detail-oriented, but also ready to roll up their sleeves and learn
