Key Responsibilities
As a Registry Officer, you will play a key role in supporting the Tribunal through a mix of administrative and customer service duties, including:
- Data entry, maintaining electronic and file records, and preparing correspondence
- Copying, scanning, and distributing documents to Tribunal Members
- Providing front-of-house support, including simple reception and directing clients to hearing rooms
- Answering and transferring phone enquiries
- Mail duties and transferring files between levels/buildings
- General clerical support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
About You
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in a legal or compliance-driven environment
- Motivation and a proactive attitude with the ability to manage competing priorities
- High energy and resilience – comfortable being on your feet for extended periods when handling files and scanning
- Previous experience in a high-volume administrative or customer service role
