Position: Site Manager

Project Type: Class 2 Design & Build

Salary: up to $250K package neg.

They’re known for a strong culture, well-supported sites, and structured delivery, not chaos.

You’ll be leading the day-to-day site ops for a design & build Class 2 project, with a clear structure already in place:

SPM, JPM, CA, Cadet, Labourers, Traffic team, and a Leading Hand already on-site. All very capable!

You’ll work closely with a Construction Manager and Senior Project Manager who know what good delivery looks like. They’re not after a flashy leader—just someone who knows how to run a site smoothly and has delivered Class 2 projects before.

Who you are:

• You’ve delivered two or more Class 2 or similar resi jobs
• You’re reliable, steady, and know how to lead on-site

Hiring Process:

1. Interview with CEO and HR
2. On-site walkthrough with Construction for you to get a feel for the project.
