Chisholm is seeking an experienced Project Officer - Community of Practice for our Senior Secondary College.

ABOUT THE ROLE
Chisholm's Senior Secondary College is a registered Non-School Provider (NSP), delivering the Victorian Certificate of Education (VCE), Vocational Major (VM) and Victorian Pathways Certificate (VPC), and primarily educating young people (aged 16+) who have left school early for a variety of reasons.
As the Project Officer - Community of Practice, your key responsibilities include:
- Apply theoretical and operational knowledge to administer and manage communications and project schedules, timelines and risks detailed in the Community of Practice Coordination Delivery Plan
- Coordinate Community of Practice activities including CoP meetings, sub-group meetings, professional development activities, networking events, and information sharing.
- Ensure the active communication and delivery of an agreed work plan to meet agreed priorities and targets that provide service within time and budget expectations
- Develop and manage a shared digital workspace for NSP Community of Practice resources
- Provide project administrative support to ensure documentation and correspondence are completed and support service functions delivered
- Undertake project management related duties as required to ensure best quality of support and the effective functioning of the NSP Community of Practice
- Continuously improve administration processes and systems to ensure they meet management requirements, standards, changes, and stakeholder demands
- Lead effective communications ensuring the provision of weekly information and support to Community of Practice members and stakeholders to ensure all project needs and requirements are met
- Manage scheduling of NSP Community of Practice activities
ABOUT YOU
You are a highly motivated individual with ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders including contractors, professional and technical consultants.
Qualifications required for the role:
- Relevant Degree and relevant experience
- Awareness of agile and Kanban methodology
