Your Responsibilities
Lead and inspire a professional kitchen team across restaurant service and major events
Create, develop and deliver a seasonally changing, share-style menu that celebrates Mediterranean traditions with local produce
Oversee full kitchen operations: rostering, stock and supplier management, ordering, compliance, and cost controls
Maintain consistency and high standards across a la carte, functions, and special events
Build and nurture a calm, professional, and collaborative kitchen culture
Work in tandem with ownership and senior FOH to deliver a seamless guest experience
About You
Proven experience as a Head Chef in premium, high-volume restaurants
A deep love of Mediterranean flavours and contemporary share-style dining
Strong operational knowledge - balancing creativity with systems and structure
Track record managing both a la carte service and large event catering
A hands-on leader who motivates and lifts their team through example
Confident managing food costs, labour budgets, and supplier relationships
Full Australian working rights required
