About the Role:

As Head Chef, you'll lead from the front - managing a busy kitchen, inspiring a skilled team, and delivering exceptional dishes across lunch, dinner, and events. You'll be responsible for menu creation, stock control, rostering, and maintaining the highest food safety standards while driving efficiency and profitability.

Your Skills and Experience:

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a high-volume venue

Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on approach

Ability to design and cost menus while managing food GP and labour costs

Commitment to food quality, consistency, and team development

Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen compliance requirements
