The Company

Known for providing unique small group tour experiences, this well established and reputable travel company have space for one more to join them in an administration support position.

The Role

Stepping into the full time role you will support the company's operations and product teams.

Your day will vary but include:

Handling customer queries and processing booking information

Supporting with documentation & data entry

Receiving and assisting with resolving customer queries

Monitoring social media profiles

The Must Haves

Previous experience within a travel administration and customer service orientated role

Strong written and verbal communication skills

High attention to detail

Proven ability to prioritise
