Salary: $79,743 - $117,764 per annum (plus superannuation)

Hours per Week: 38

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Landscaping Teacher to join our Food Fibre and Animal Industries team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver training and assessment aligned with VET and curriculum requirements

Support student engagement, attendance and outcomes

Maintain teaching and compliance documentation

Participate in industry consultation and curriculum development

Provide pastoral and academic support to students

Contribute to continuous improvement of teaching practices and resources

Mentor and support entry-level teachers (L2 and L3 responsibilities)

Skills and Experience Required

Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry skills in landscaping

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)

VET teaching experience, preferably in landscaping or related fields

Understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements

Strong interpersonal, communication and ICT skills

Ability to design inclusive curriculum and adapt to diverse learner needs

Additional Requirements

Successful candidate will be required to provide:

A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)

A National Police Check
