About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Teacher Locksmithing to join our Construction team. In this role, you will deliver engaging and industry-relevant education that supports students in achieving their learning and career goals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver engaging and inclusive training in Locksmithing, tailored to diverse student needs across various learning environments
Develop and maintain high-quality educational resources and ensure compliance with VET and institutional standards
Support student wellbeing and academic success through pastoral care, learning plans, and active engagement strategies
Collaborate with industry and colleagues to ensure curriculum relevance, continuous improvement, and professional development
Skills and Experience Required
Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry skills in Locksmithing
Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
VET teaching experience, preferably in Locksmithing or related trades
Understanding of ASQA/VET compliance requirements
Additional Requirements
Successful candidate will be required to provide:
A valid Victorian Employee Working with Children Check (WWCC)
A National Police Check
