We are a second-generation accounting firm in Malvern East, seeking an experienced and reliable Receptionist & Administrative Assistant to join our stable, friendly team.
Hours
Part-time, office-based role (30 hours/week). Hours are typically 9:00am – 3:30pm, Monday to Friday, with small adjustments negotiable to suit your schedule.
About the Role
As the first point of contact for clients, you’ll help ensure the smooth running of the office and a professional, welcoming client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting clients, managing phone calls and meetings
Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including ATO digital communications
Scanning, filing, and managing client records
Managing kitchen and office supplies
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who thrives in a small, friendly team and takes pride in providing excellent client support. You will be:
Experienced in a receptionist/admin role ideally within an accounting firm
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
Familiar using Xero Practice Manager and FYI Docs (preferred but not essential)
Familiar with the ATO portal (highly desirable)
Professional, detail-oriented, and trustworthy.
