Position Overview:
Become a member our team as a Caulker, completing site duties and ensuring new builds are ready for client handovers delivering clean, sharp finishes. You’ll be working on both live construction sites, alongside tradies and supervisors to ensure the new build meets client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Internal and external silicone/sealant application (bathrooms, kitchens, skirting, windows, expansion joints)
• Work across high-end residential, commercial builds, and refurb sites
• Mostly metro Brisbane work, with travel paid if out of area

Requirements:

• Proven experience in caulking/sealant application
• Own tools, reliable transport
• White Card (Mandatory)
• Able to work independently with a clean, tidy finish
• Good attitude, shows up, gets the job done

What’s on Offer:

• $40 per hour plus penalty rates for Overtime
• A casual to permanent role; long-term position offered after 4 months
• Immediate start in South Brisbane if successful
