OCC QLD is currently looking for Skilled Labourers with solid construction experience to join our growing team. We’re working on a number of high-rise and multi-story projects with top-tier clients, and we’re offering long-term opportunities for committed and capable workers.

Duties include (but are not limited to):

Assisting tradespeople with construction tasks and site preparations

Operating hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading building materials and equipment

Performing site clean-up and waste removal

Following safety procedures and site regulations at all times

Erecting and dismantling temporary structures (e.g. scaffolding, barricades)

Mixing, pouring, and spreading materials such as concrete and asphalt

Conducting basic measurements and layout work Supporting general maintenance and minor repair tasks as required

What We’re Looking For:

Previous construction labouring experience (essential)

Experience on high-rise or multi-story builds (advantageous)

Construction White Card (mandatory)

Tickets such as:

Forklift

Hoist

Telehandler

EWP
(Highly regarded, but not essential)

Own transport (preferred)

Full-time availability

What We Offer:

Competitive hourly rates: $35–$40/hr + Super (based on experience & tickets)

Potential for full-time hours on premium job sites
