Criteria needed to join our Team:

All Carers must hold a nationally recognised Certificate III (min) in Individual Support (Aged Care) and already be working in the Australian Aged Care field. Applicants may also be studying Nursing making them eligible to work with us as a Personal Care Worker during their studies.

You must have or be able to arrange:

Your own care and a Drivers Licence (holders of a Qld Open Drivers Licence will be prioritised)

National Police Check (no older than 11 months)

First Aid and CPR training Certificate (completed with an Australian RTO)

Immunisation history (ie 2025 flu vaccine)

Sufficient working requirements for visa holders
