Drive Procurement Excellence & Support Renewable Energy Growth
About Lenergy
At Lenergy, we believe in making renewable energy affordable and accessible. We help NSW homeowners transition to solar and battery systems through government rebates, virtual power plant programs, and flexible payment plans — often with no upfront cost.
As our operations expand, we’re seeking a highly organised and proactive Procurement Officer to manage supplier relationships, schedule timely deliveries, and ensure our field and installation teams have the materials they need to succeed.
Our Core Values
Commitment to Excellence: We set the highest standards, ensuring quality and efficiency in every purchase and process.
Ownership & Initiative: We take responsibility, act decisively, and keep projects moving.
Client-Centred & Teamwork: We align procurement decisions with customer needs and collaborate with sales, operations, and installers to deliver on time.
Persistence & Communication: We solve supply challenges with resilience while keeping suppliers, staff, and stakeholders aligned through clear updates.
Growth Mindset: We continuously improve procurement systems, supplier networks, and scheduling efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Manage suppliers and subcontractors - issue POs, negotiate terms, and ensure on-time deliveries.
Liaise with customers and installation partners - Locking in and adjusting install dates.
Oversee logistics - track stock, monitor deliveries, and ensure the right gear arrives at the right time.
Coordinate schedules - for in-house technicians and subcontractors.
Assign confirmed appointments to the correct sales specialist’s calendar (using our CRM – Go High Level)
Identify cost savings - improve procurement processes to keep projects efficient.
Double-check technical checklists - to ensure every order matches installation requirements.
Call homeowners - confirm appointments booked by our door-knocking team and reschedule or cancel appointments if needed.
Ask light qualifying questions - (e.g., who lives at the property, average energy bill, partner decision involvement).
Track confirmations, no-shows - communicate directly with reps to ensure they have clear, confident schedules each day.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in procurement, supply chain, or scheduling (construction, solar, or electrical industry a big plus).
Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Tech-savvy with CRMs or procurement software (we use Go High Level).
Bonus: Knowledge of solar & battery systems and ability to read post-sale checklists.
Previous customer service, scheduling, or sales support experience.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven mindset.
