Now, we're on the lookout for a Head Chef to join our team and bring the same spirit of innovation and playfulness into the kitchen. The Role

As Head Chef, you'll:

Oversee day-to-day kitchen operations in our brewpub

Create seasonal, beer-friendly menus that elevate the brewpub experience

Lead, mentor, and inspire a small kitchen team

Manage ordering, stock, food costs, and kitchen efficiencies

Uphold the highest standards of food quality, safety, and compliance

Collaborate with our brewer and front-of-house team on pairings, events, and specials

Bring energy, creativity, and a love of both food and beer to the role

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3-5 years' experience as Head Chef in a similar-sized establishment

A flair for creative, approachable food that pairs beautifully with beer

Strong leadership skills and a hands-on approach

Confidence in managing kitchen financials and maintaining profitability

Pride in consistency, presentation, and flavour

Flexibility to work across evenings and weekends

Demonstrated understanding of HACCP principles and food safety management systems

Must have full working rights in Australia
