Change Analyst Consultant

About the Role

We’re seeking a Change Analyst Consultant to join our clients team on a high-profile program with the Department of Defence – Capability Acquisition and Sustainment Group (CASG).

You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth implementation of new systems and processes, driving stakeholder engagement, and enabling business readiness across complex, multi-jurisdiction environments.

What You’ll Do

Lead Change Impact Assessments and readiness activities.

Apply PROSCI/PCI methodologies to deliver structured change.

Collaborate with SMEs, technical teams, and business analysts.

Develop change artefacts, training, and communications.

Guide stakeholders through adoption and post-go-live support.

About You

4+ years in project/change management in large, complex orgs.

Strong stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills.

Change Management certification (PROSCI or PCI) highly regarded.

Government, justice, or Defence sector experience an advantage.
