- Support development of a data-informed occupational framework to ensure optimal role alignment across Engineering, Technical, and Materiel Logistics functions
- Assist in building an integrated reporting framework and strategic workforce plan to enable data-driven decision-making and long-term capability planning

- Provide business and workforce analyst support, with flexibility to deploy generalist resources if SME capacity is limited, ensuring timely delivery of outcomes
What You'll Bring

- Demonstrated ability to contribute to long-term workforce strategy development, particularly in aligning capability with organisational objectives across technical and logistics functions
- Effective stakeholder engagement and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex workforce insights into practical recommendations
- Experience in designing evidence-based capability interventions, such as coaching and mentoring programs, supported by research into high-performance workforce development
Due to the nature of the work, you are required to currently hold and maintain a minimum Negative Vetting 1 or higher Security clearance as required by the Commonwealth. In some instances, compliance with International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) requirements may also be an inherent requirement.
More than anything, you'll bring a strong work ethic, a positive attitude, and a commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes for our clients.
