The Opportunity
A highly regarded Tier 3 builder, recognised for delivering commercial & multi-residential projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a $35M apartment build in Melbourne’s inner south-east / bayside region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the full project lifecycle—from early planning and design coordination through to completion and handover.
• Manage budgets, programming, risk registers, and value-engineering to ensure successful delivery.
• Oversee subcontractor and consultant management, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Drive project profitability through effective procurement and financial controls.
• Ensure safety, quality, and environmental standards are met to the highest level.
• Build strong client and stakeholder relationships while leading high-performing site teams.

About You

• Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, with exposure to apartments or commercial projects valued $30M+.
• Proven ability to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to exceptional quality standards.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Financial acumen in budget control, forecasting, and cost tracking.
• Tertiary qualifications in construction, engineering, or a related discipline will be highly regarded.
