🚧 Senior Project Manager – Commercial Construction

The Builder:

Our client is an established and respected commercial builder who has been operating in the Victorian construction sector for over 40 years. Due to expodential growth and a strong pipeline of projects running all through 2026, they are looking for an ambitious and driven Project Manager to join their team and lead projects through an exciting growth trajectory.

The Opportunity As a Senior Project Manager, you will take full ownership of complex commercial projects from pre-construction through to final handover. You will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and ensure all project milestones are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.
This role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile builds, including government, healthcare, education, and commercial developments. Experience managing Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 projects is highly desirable and will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, monitoring, and final handover
• Oversee contract administration, financial reporting, and stakeholder management
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve project KPIs
• Ensure compliance with OH&S regulations and company policies
• Foster strong relationships with clients, consultants, and regulatory bodies
• Drive a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement

About You

• Minimum 8+ years' experience in commercial construction project management
• Proven track record delivering projects over $60M in value
• Experience with Tier 1 and/or Tier 2 construction companies or projects is strongly preferred
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, project lifecycle, and procurement processes
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
• Strong working knowledge of industry-standard project management software and systems
