We're a modern, patient-focused dental practice in beautiful Caloundra, and we’re growing!

With a new dentist joining our practice, we’re looking for another superstar receptionist to help us continue delivering exceptional care with a smile.

You’ll be joining a tight-knit team of 2 dentists, a hygienist, and 3 support staff who pride themselves on professionalism, teamwork, and creating a positive environment – for both patients and team members.

🧩 About You:

Minimum 1 year of dental reception or Dental Assistant experience (essential)

Confident using dental software such as D4W, EXACT, or similar

Well-presented, professional, and approachable

Excellent communication and people skills

A team player who’s reliable, punctual, and takes initiative

Dental assisting experience is a bonus

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing:

Welcoming and assisting patients at the front desk

Managing phone calls, bookings, and inquiries

Processing payments and health fund claims

Supporting the dental team with admin tasks and patient care coordination

Assisting clinically if ever needed

Keeping things running smoothly with a smile!
