Position: Site Manager - Commercial Fit-Out / New Build

About the Role

We're on the hunt for a driven and detail oriented Site Manager to oversee the successful delivery of high-end commercial Fit out projects valued up to $20M. You’ll be responsible for site coordination, contractor management, quality control, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing overall site performance from planning through to completion
• Coordinating labour, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with WHS, building codes, and project procedures
• Maintaining site documentation and reporting
• Conducting regular quality and safety inspections
• Monitoring project timelines and budget forecasts
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years’ experience in commercial construction fit out or new build projects
• Experience working on projects valued up to $5M-$20M+
• Proven background as a Site Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to juggle competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities
• Positive, solutions-focused attitude

Preferred Qualifications

• Trade or tertiary qualification in building or construction
• Proficiency in Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
