To be successful must have the following:

• A tertiary qualification in Building or similar; or relevant Trade background.
• Proven building knowledge and a thorough understanding of the construction process with solid experience in a similar role (3+ years).
• Experience leading and coaching teams to reach their full potential.
• Ability to engage with subcontractors, consultants and clients and develop loyal and ongoing relationships.
• A strong understanding of project planning and programming.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent time management skills and strong attention to detail.
• A strong focus on ensuring safety is paramount on site.
