Known for creative thinking, collaboration, and a strong commitment to good design, the practice is growing fast – so fast, in fact, they’re opening a brand-new CBD studio in September.

With a 3+ year pipeline already secured, they’re looking for a highly capable and driven Project Architect / Senior Architect to help lead the next wave of projects.

THE ROLE

As a Project Architect or Senior Project Architect, you’ll be running multiple large-scale multi-residential projects (up to $150M in value).

You’ll be trusted to lead, coordinate and deliver architectural packages across all stages – and guide a team of junior staff along the way.

With support from an experienced Associate and a design-led Director, you’ll be backed to deliver exceptional projects and grow your career at the same time.

You’ll take the reins on project delivery, documentation, consultant coordination, and mentoring while being part of a studio that values collaboration, local context, and high-quality architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of design and documentation with oversight from the Director or Associate
• Coordinate and manage the production of drawings and specifications
• Oversee internal and external teams across all phases – concept to completion
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and stakeholders to ensure exceptional service and delivery
• Mentor and support junior staff, delegating effectively and fostering development
• Apply solid knowledge of BCA, NCC, and Australian Standards to ensure compliance
• Champion quality assurance, studio standards, and timely delivery
• Take initiative on design outcomes and technical problem-solving

ABOUT YOU

• Registered Architect in QLD (or on the path to registration)
• Minimum 5–6 years post-registration experience
• Strong portfolio of delivered multi-residential projects
• Revit proficiency is a must
• Highly competent in local codes, construction detailing, and documentation
• Proven leadership skills – confident managing teams and projects concurrently
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Familiar with multi-disciplinary coordination and consultant management
• Ideally based in Brisbane or relocating with local project understanding
• Driven, design-conscious, and collaborative in approach
