We are seeking permanent and casual Registered Nurses in our brand new state of the art 122-bed home in Longueville to make an impact to the quality of service we deliver to our residents.

The role:

The role will see you lead Personal Care Workers (PCW) during your shift. Responding to wounds, falls, medication are all in a day's work for a registered nurse in Aged Care. Pathways is proud to say that we have above industry staffing ratios.

About you:

We are after Registered Nurses who are passionate about delivering quality care to our older Australians

Experience in aged care/geriatrics required

Knowledge and understanding of: accreditation processes, codes of conduct, WHS, Infection Control, Compliant Management, SIRS Reporting, Restrictive Practices, and the Aged Care Quality Standards

Able to manage a small team of PCWs, be computer literate, have sound verbal and written communication abilities

Analytical, a problem solver, and friendly to work with

A few requirements of the role:

Relevant experience and qualification in nursing + AHPRA registration

COVID vaccine + 1 booster

Right to work in Australia + 100 Points of ID

Current police check

What we can offer:

$39.17-$46.41/hour BASE + super + penalty rates + various allowances (e.g. uniform allowance, nurse-in-charge allowance and more)
