Our client is a demolition & asbestos removal specialist, who delivers safe, efficient, and commercial demolition. Located conveniently in Malaga, WA with parking on site and multiple opportunities for career growth and development.

We are currently seeking a Demolition Supervisor to join our client’s team on a permanent basis, servicing multiple projects around Perth metro and regional WA.

The Role

• Lead and oversee multiple demolition project sites simultaneously
• Manage site teams, set daily expectations, and mentor supervisors/leading hands
• Ensure safety compliance and take ownership of safety leadership
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and office staff for smooth project delivery
• Maintain quality control and ensure projects are completed efficiently and to standard

Requirements

• Certificate IV in Demolition (CPC41020)
• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Class 1 Demolition Supervisor
• Skilled in developing demolition methodologies and project plans
• Experience managing multiple sites simultaneously
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities
• Proficient in HSEQ practices and site documentation
• Completed “Carry Out Basic Demolition” course (CPCCCM2009)
• First Aid and HRWL (EWP/Forklift) desirable
• White Card

The role is based in the Malaga office and is offered on a casual basis, working Monday to Friday. You will be provided an overall salary packaging of $140,000 per annum + Super as well as a vehicle and a phone.
