As we expand our presence in the industrial services sector, we are seeking an experienced Industrial Services Operational Supervisor to lead and oversee our Industrial Services Fleet, Operators, and Yard Operations in Wattleup. The Role

As the Industrial Services Operational Supervisor, you’ll play a key leadership role by:

Coordinating and leading daily toolbox meetings.

Scheduling staff, equipment, and fleet resources to meet operational requirements.

Driving compliance through daily vehicle inspections and maintenance oversight.

Mentoring and managing operators, ensuring safe and efficient task delivery.

Conducting stock audits for PPE and consumables.

Overseeing fleet standards, including vehicle cleanliness and damage inspections.

Being an integral member of HazRad’s Emergency Response Team, supporting specialised incidents on an as-needed basis.

About You

You’re an experienced supervisor who thrives on leading people, shaping operations, and building a strong safety culture. You’ll bring:

Proven experience supervising industrial service crews and managing fleet operations in hazardous waste, resources, or heavy industry sectors.

Current WA HR Licence and Forklift Ticket.

White Card, Confined Space Entry, and Working at Heights certifications.

Controlled Waste and/or Dangerous Goods Licence (advantageous).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to lead teams effectively.

Ability to write and review technical documentation, including Safe Work Method Statements (SWMS).

Methodical record-keeping and a proactive, hands-on approach.

Rail Industry Worker (RIW) card – desirable but not essential.
