How you’ll make a difference

By supervising and leading a team of cleaners to deliver high quality cleaning services to the Hepburn Shire.

Our ideal candidate

• Will have had experience in a similar building/industrial cleaning setting.
• Demonstrated recent proficiency in managing staff and contractors.
• Be able to set the tone, ensuring standards are met and encourage your team members.
• Keep everything running smoothly, step in when issues arise and address them promptly.
• Act as a guide and be available to answer questions and provide support when needed.
