With a steady pipeline of exciting residential projects, we are seeking a motivated and skilled licensed carpenter or builder to join our professional and close-knit team.

The Role

As an integral part of our site crew, you'll work on-site transforming homes and unlocking space potential for Sydney families. Your responsibilities will include:

Framing, roofing, cladding and finishing carpentry

Coordinating with sub-contractors and suppliers

Ensuring high-quality craftsmanship across all stages

Reading and interpreting plans and construction drawings

Working within a team on fast-paced projects in tight city environments

What We're Looking For

Current carpenter or builder's licence (NSW)

Minimum 5 years’ experience in residential construction (preferably with extensions, attic, or heritage homes)

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship

Ability to work both independently and within a small team

White Card (construction induction)

Own tools and reliable transport

Working rights in Australia
