COMPANY:

Yachtsmen International is a full-service yachting company that specialises in the sale of luxury motor yachts from 40-180’ in all locations of Australia and Overseas.

There are currently 12 in the Yachtsmen team with the head office located in Australia’s leading maritime hub at The Boat Works Coomera Gold Coast.

We are looking for an energetic and passionate boat enthusiast to come on board as a Luxury Motor Yacht Broker on the Gold Coast.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Work with company directors and the sales team, listing and selling luxury motor yachts all over Australia.

Grow and work with a strong and dynamic yacht sales team.

Ability to grow over time into the International market, depending on success in Australia.

Daily operations from the Gold Coast office.

DUTIES:

Work as a sales broker in the Gold Coast region

List and sell quality vessels as directed

Contact clients on a daily basis (Follow up is essential)

Report weekly to the Directors

Complete tasks as requested by the Directors

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

Sales experience necessary

Have a passion for the marine industry

Boating experience

Follow direction easily

Car license and own vehicle is essential

Boat license preferred

Ability to work with a team

Ability to work weekends when required

Excellent communication skills
