Young’s Palace is the latest venue from Big Sam Young—one of Sydney’s most exciting culinary talents. Opening in Potts Point, this modern Chinese restaurant blends bold flavours, high-impact design, and refined service.

We’re assembling a passionate, professional Front of House team who care deeply about guest experience and take pride in every service. From Assistant Restaurant Manager, seasoned section waiters to bartenders, and food runners—we’re looking for individuals who want to be part of something new, fast-paced, and full of opportunity.

We’re hiring:
- Section Waitstaff
- Assistant Restaurant Manager (full time)
- Senior FOH

What we’re looking for:
- A genuine passion for hospitality and people
- Confidence, warmth, and professionalism under pressure
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- A collaborative mindset and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in premium venues is highly regarded, but not essential for all roles
