The Role

You'll work closely with the Venue Manager to lead the front-of-house team and ensure smooth, consistent service across lunch and dinner trade. This is a hands-on role, ideal for someone who enjoys being on the floor, leading by example, and building relationships with both guests and team members.

You'll also support rostering, training, stock management, and service standards - while continuing to develop your leadership skill set in a supportive environment.

You'll Bring

Experience as a supervisor or assistant manager in a quality dining setting

Strong knowledge of European food and wine, or a willingness to learn

A calm and approachable leadership style

Confidence managing busy services while keeping things relaxed and attentive

Great communication and a team-first attitude

Solid understanding of daily operations, compliance, and guest engagement
