We aim to deliver the highest quality services to those in need, and are focused on creating meaningful and consistent support to the individuals and families in our care.

About the Role

No Limits Support (NLS) is a passionate, and growing disability support provider dedicated to making a real difference in the lives of our clients. We’re looking for compassionate, energetic, and reliable support workers, and we have several positions available across multiple locations, including Castle Hill, West of Parramatta, Westmead, Liverpool and the Inner West.

You’ll be joining a supportive, professional team helping clients with daily living, transport, personal care and community participation. Flexible hours, varied shifts and meaningful work make this a great opportunity for both experienced and enthusiastic new staff.

Available Roles:

Overnight Care Support – Castle Hill

Inactive overnight shifts finishing 7:00 AM, Monday–Friday

Duties: Hoisting, lifting, personal care, preparing breakfast

Ideal for someone experienced in hands-on support and comfortable with hoisting/lifting

Neurodiverse Client Support – West of Parramatta

Monday–Saturday shifts

Duties: Basic personal care, transport, and engaging clients in daily activities

Flexible Coverage – Westmead & Liverpool

Provide flexible coverage for multiple clients when regular staff are unavailable

Experience in nursing preferred

Must be able to drive between locations

Transport Support – Inner West / West of Parramatta

Friday–Monday shifts

Duties: Mostly transport and providing hands-on support as required

Ideal for someone comfortable driving, including larger vehicles where needed

Own vehicle for transport roles

Experience in disability support, personal care, or nursing preferred

Ability to work across multiple locations (where applicable)
