We are expanding our team and invite experienced Disability Support Workers to join us in making a meaningful difference.

Position Overview
We currently have a rewarding opportunity for skilled Disability Support Workers to provide support to a participants in Port Stephens and Newcastle, with a focus on facilitating Community Participation.

🕘 Shift details: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

Key Responsibilities

Assist participants with community access, social activities, and appointments

Deliver full personal cares and manual handling support as required

Develop and maintain positive, trusting relationships with participant

Promote participant independence, safety, and overall wellbeing

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will be reliable, empathetic, and possess relevant experience in the disability sector. Essential qualifications and requirements include:

✅ Certificate III in Disability or equivalent qualification
✅ Minimum 12 months’ experience supporting individuals with intellectual disabilities
✅ Current First Aid Certificate
✅ Valid Australian Driver’s Licence and access to a comprehensively insured, roadworthy vehicle
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check clearance
✅ Eligibility to work in Australia
