About the role

An exciting opportunity has become available for you to join us a Warehouse Team Leader at ACR Supply Partners and take the next step in your logistics career. This is a pivotal role where you will play a crucial part in overseeing the smooth operation of our distribution facility located in Eastern Creek. You will be responsible for leading and motivating a team of warehouse associates to reach/exceed their targets along with ensuring efficient and accurate order fulfillment including daily reporting to both Management and external customers. You will be a great communicator who is comfortable dealing with a range of stakeholders and who thrives on fostering strong relationships with customers. You'll be an approachable leader who enjoys working within the team and developing staff to reach their full potential.

What you'll be doing

Manage, coach, and develop your team to achieve targets and key performance indicators

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships including communicating directly with customers via phone, MS Teams and email. Provide daily reporting.

Ensuring the team is aware of targets, priorities and daily operational requirements

Conducting performance reviews and managing any issues as they arise

Daily reporting

Implement and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and safety protocols to maintain a safe and organised work environment

Analyse data and identify areas for improvement to enhance warehouse efficiency and productivity

Provide input and support for the implementation of new technologies or process improvements as may be necessary

What we're looking for

Minimum 2 years experience in a warehouse or distribution centre in a similar role

Strong leadership and people management skills, excellent communication with the ability to motivate and develop a team

Customer first mindset

Strong computer skills including MS Office and warehouse management systems

Experience in data analysis and generating daily reports

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Forklift license preferred however not essential.
